Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products or digital content (no refunds on digital items)

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Photography products (e.g. customize photo frames etc.)

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Some health and personal care items


Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted under these conditions:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • CDs, DVDs, software, or other sealed media that have been opened

  • Items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 10 days after delivery


Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time to reflect)

  3. Contact your bank for processing delays

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to:

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from it.

For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
